Prior to working as a victim’s rights attorney, Jason received extensive training and experience in the legal field. Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He served as a consultant for criminal defense attorney Roy Black, Esq. and was subsequently retained as an attorney. Jason also worked with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Stier, Anderson and Malone, LLP on a complex Federal Racketeer Influenced & Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act case.
Jason is a graduate of University of Miami School of Law where he was a member of the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. He was a lead attorney with Bernstein and Maryanoff, LLC for over six years and continues to collaborate with them on certain cases. In addition to his success as an attorney, he is a #1 best selling author, and a producer. Jason proudly represents clients throughout the United States to help them fight for their rights.
Jason and his family are active supporters of the arts. He is founder of The Broadway Investor’s Club, a group of investors who invest in and produce Broadway shows and tours, music projects and films. Some of the projects he is involved in include Sweeney Todd starring Josh Groban, 8 x Tony Award winning musical Hadestown, Without You by Rent and Star Trek star Anthony Rapp, Merrily We Roll Along with Daniel Radcliff, The Secret Garden and The Neil Diamond Musical: A Beautiful Noise.
